Right front view of Palisade Machine in operation. The RMW can be tailored according to your needs from as little as R 250 000 /unit (vat incl.)	The RMW Palisade maker has a 5 stage Profile Roller with variable speed drive controll from 0 - 27 m/min (@ 60Hz). At 50 Hz (23m /min) it will roll 565 x 1.8m Palisades per hour.
At the heart of the machine is the hydraulic press and scissor combination. This unit is not limited to palisade profiles only but can be adopted to suit alternative profile configurations.	The the heavy duty hydraulic powerpack is controlled from the central control panel. Appropriate emergency stops and limit switches are incorporated at critical operational points throughout the machine.
The precision engineered guiding system is designed for plate strips of width 60-100mm and mild steel plate thickness ranges between 1-3mm.	Availability of spares is normally within 48 hours and can be delivered anywhere in Southern Africa on request of the customer.
The decoiler is designed to carry pre-slitted mild steel coils of up to 1000kg per coil with plate thickness ranging from 1-3mm and plate widths ranging between 60-100mm.	Side view of machine. The machine weight is 3.5 ton. It needs an operating volume of 4m wide x 15m in length x 3m high.
